The vision of Wisewood Nursery is to deliver rich and diverse learning experiences that enable our children to adventure, investigate, discover and thrive.

Our skilled staff team, led by an experienced fully-qualified teacher, plan purposeful learning opportunities in our newly-developed indoor and outdoor classroom.

Wisewood Nursery ensures that children have a safe, organised and nurturing environment that has been well resourced with toys, play equipment and open-ended materials to allow each child to progress in all areas of development. 

At our school nursery, we use the Birth to 5 Matters framework to guide our planning and ensure that each child makes meaningful progress in their early learning journey. Our provision is planned around our Book of the Week which follow half-termly themes but we also tailor our activities and experiences to meet children's individual needs, fostering growth in all areas of learning. This approach helps us create a supportive, engaging environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, building the foundations for future success.
