Yoga

This half term with have had the opportunity to work with one of Sheffield's leading yoga practitioners- Dr Hillary Jones.

We have been trying out some of the postures and learning how to salute the sun!

Yoga is a brilliant way to calm the mind and energise the body. We have learnt some breathing techniques to help us focus and some tricky balance postures that will help to make us strong and supple. Some real yogis in the making!
